It's been decades, but i, as a young adult, paid in advance. 6 weeks later, a- frame not replaced. Picked up the parts & car. He was nice enough to have his guys take me out for lunch upon receipt of my payment. (Little did o know i was being taken for a run for my money) I paid cash, I front. I got no receipt, nobody gave me 1! I was just 18. How would I know?! i didn't! He claimed I threw away the receipt. I didn't. I had no proof. As a young woman, I lived and learned from this experience. I paid $1000.00 in 1997 for services NOT rendered. I picked up the car & parts & took elsewhere. I had to pay again elsewhere for labor. Maybe, by now, "Mike " changed his ways.... but I'll NEVER forget this experience &how mechanic shops treat women. Young or old women. I bet when he sees this he cannot even remember who i am (Caz he probably did the same thing so many times before and after me) but if you're thinking of sending your wife or Daughter here, GO WITH HER! I sure know I got ripped off, he knew I knew too. He looked me dead in the face and told me "you threw away your receipt " NO I DIDN'T! You never gave me a receipt! 1989 berretta Gt. Blue

It's never a fortunate time when you have to contact an autobody shop. However, the team at Mike's Auto Body shop know how to ease the pain of the process. From the initial phone call to the final inspection for an estimate I felt their team had my best interest in mind. Bonnie on the initial call guided me through the scheduling process and even provided good insight into the insurance claim process and reality of having my car repaired given its senior status. She worked with my schedule to make sure I could make it in for an estimate in a timely manner as I dealt with the headache causing process of working with an insurance claim with the other party at fault. Then, Harrison at the front desk upon entry was a brief interaction, but a kind presence to have in a less desirable situation. Lastly, Joe the one who worked on my estimate, was thorough and explained the entire process to me so that I could have the best possible idea of some potential outcomes for my vehicle. He explained each part of the vehicle that was damaged, the repair process, and how repairs would likely be limited in nature for my old car. I thought this shop was a good choice to later find out they were not. They gave me my car back and told me they were waiting for parts that I still haven't got. Put black electrical tape on my window instead of the window seal. The finder they said they were waiting I still haven't received. I got into another accident same side to find out they were paid $10,000 dollars to replace the door and did not instead repaired the door and now my door has issues from being repaired in stead of replaced. I called to discuss this matter they continue to hang up and speak rudely saying call your insurance company.! Instead of even listening to my complaint they were paid 10,000 to do 2,500 worth of work if that. My car hasn't driven right since. Do not go there unless you want a issue with your car and rude service when questioning the situation.

I brought my car here after someone clipped my front bumper off in front of my house .On an insurance claim. My car looks good. The owner personally came out and assisted me when I needed help. I was updated every couple days about my car . The 2 women at the front desk were very nice to me .

I had a great experience at Mike’s Auto-body. My Nissan needed bodywork from old and new dings etc. The entire staff was friendly and professional and they really made it cost effective. I was paying out of pocket and I feel like they genuinely took that into account. To the person who cleaned the interior THANK YOU and I’m so sorry you had to do that. It looks beautiful inside and out!! Marty is great and responds super quickly. I recommend this place to anyone who wants great work at a fair price!!!
